How do I book a tour?
Pick your tour, choose a date and a start time, enter the number of travellers and pay the reservation fee online. The booking confirmation reaches you by e-mail right away.
Is my booking confirmed straight away?
No. The provider confirms your booking, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is charged until they do - until then the amount is only reserved.
Can I book without an account?
Yes. You can book as a guest. Your booking number and PIN are in the confirmation e-mail and open your booking at any time.
Are there prices for children?
That depends on the tour. Child prices and the age range they apply to are shown on the tour itself.
Payment
How much do I pay now?
Only the reservation fee. The rest is paid on the day of the tour.
Which payment methods can I use online?
PayPal, credit and debit card, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
Which currency am I charged in?
Online payments are always in euro. Prices in another currency are converted for display only.
Do I get an invoice and a voucher?
Yes. As soon as the provider confirms, we send you an e-mail with your invoice and your voucher. Both are also in your booking at any time.
On the day
How do I pay the remaining amount?
On the day, on site, directly to the provider, in one of the ways named on the tour page and in the booking. How exactly they handle it is their own arrangement.
Where do we meet?
The meeting point is in your confirmation and in your booking. Some tours pick you up from your accommodation - the tour says so.
Cancellation
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Most tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before they start, but every tour sets its own deadline. The deadline that applies to you is shown on the tour and on your booking.
What happens if the tour is cancelled because of the weather?
The provider cancels the tour and you get the reservation fee back in full.
