How we use AI

What Tourbookers uses AI for, what it does not, and why every picture is real.

This text is a convenience translation. The legally binding version is the German original, So setzen wir KI ein (Deutsch). In the event of any discrepancy, the German version prevails.

What we use AI for

Tourbookers is available in eleven languages. We translate tour descriptions, provider profiles, reviews and the texts of this website with the help of AI. Translated tour texts are marked "This text has been translated automatically". Only the text goes to the translation service, without names or contact details.

What we do not use it for

Prices, bookings, reviews and the approval of providers are decided by people at Tourbookers, not by AI.

Real pictures

Every photo on Tourbookers should show real tours and places. Images generated by AI or altered in their content with AI are not allowed. Usual editing such as cropping, brightness or colour correction is fine.
